Systems Requirements

Access to AODR requires the following:

  • You must have a valid and trusted CAC/ECA.
  • Your browser must trust the AODR server certificate.

CAC / ECA Requirement

Access to AODR requires a DOD CAC or ECA/smart card issued by a DOD-Approved External PKI Certificate Trust Chain.

The following website contains a list of DOD-Approved External PKIs as well instructions for adding your organization's PKI to the approved list: http://iase.disa.mil/pki-pke/interoperability/Pages/index.aspx.

If you do not have a smart card issued by one of the above sources, you can purchase an ECA certificate with which to access AODR.

Server Certificate

Access to AODR requires that certain DOD root certificates be installed on your computer. This allows your browser to trust the server certificate and establish a secure connection. Please visit https://militarycac.com/dodcerts.htm for instructions on how to install the DOD certificates.
